Tri-PAC Loyalty maintenance
LOYALTY
MAINTENANCESM is Tri-PAC’s original flagship program.
It is a pre-paid maintenance program combined with a loyalty card
designed to drive customers back to the selling dealership’s service
department.
NADA statistics state that only 11% of customers who purchase vehicles from
your dealership return to your service department for scheduled maintenance!
Only 14% of customers return to the selling dealership to purchase another
vehicle! But, 76% of customers who use your service department for
regular maintenance and repair service, return to your dealership to
purchase another vehicle!
LOYALTY MAINTENANCESM is marketed to the retail customer as a Warranty
Compliance Program, providing all of the regular maintenance services required to keep the manufacturers vehicle
warranty in force. Depending on the level of plan selected, services can include oil and filter replacement; lubrication
of chassis; inspection and topping off of fluid levels, tire pressure adjustment; tire rotations and a first-day rental car
benefit with no specific qualification required.
You, the dealer, select the reimbursement level you desire for the services rendered. So, in effect, the customer
actually pays for the program and for the dealership loyalty benefits your service department and sales department
will realize over time. By pre-paying for the services and the fact that he/she must return to your
dealership for
these services, the customer will come back regularly.
The loyalty card provides further incentive for the customer to return. This
dealership-branded card offers discounts on services you select and provides
additional incentives and rewards the customer will earn through regular visits to
your service department. These dollar incentives can be accumulated and used as
a discount on the purchase of their next vehicle or as a discount on repair service
and parts at your dealership only.
